All prices are exclusive of GST. Online registration is mandatory for all delegates.
Registration Guidelines
- Filling the online registration form (on the conference website) is mandatory.
- APP membership is not essential for conference registration.
- Delegate membership details have to be filled up at the time of online registration if registering as an APP Member.
- Post graduate residents / fellows are required to upload Identity Card OR a letter from HOD stating their designation for availing the discounted registration.
- Delegates are required to complete the designated registration form individually, with one form per delegate.
- The delegate's registration will be confirmed within 30 days of receipt of payment in the bank.
- Online transaction charges will be applied according to the guidelines of the concerned bank. Transaction charges to be borne by delegates.
- A confirmation email containing your Registration ID with the receipt will be sent to the registered delegates.
- Delegate must have the confirmation email with registration number (to be presented at the registration desk).
- Please note that the registration fee excludes GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- GST is subject to change as and when applicable.
- For any card payment, additional fee will be charged as per the bank policy.
- For Spot Registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of Cash, Debit/Credit Card. Cheques will not be accepted.
- The organizing committee is not responsible for payments made in any form without registration form and details of payment. Organising committee will not entertain requests to refund the same.
- Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Till 01st June 2026
50% of registration fee excluding full GST will be refunded.
From 01st July 2026
25% of registration fee excluding full GST will be refunded.
After 01st Aug 2026
No refund will be applicable.
Note
Refund will be solely at the discretion of the organiser and if refund is applicable the same will be processed only after the conference.
