Important Submission Dates

Eligibility and General Rules

• Conference registration is mandatory for abstract submission, and registration number must be provided.
• At least one author must be an APP (Association of Paediatric Pathologists of India) member with valid membership details.
• All the abstracts must be accompanied by a letter from the HOD stating the current designation of the presenter, no objection to the submission, certifying that the work has not been published till now and has not been awarded any prize previously at any forum (Downloadable format of this is available on the conference website).
• One author can submit a maximum of two abstracts as presenting author.
• Scientific committee may shortlist entries for Platform or E-Poster category.
• Limited original studies will be selected for Platform; remaining eligible entries may be moved to E-Poster.
• All presenters receive participation certificates; awards are restricted to presenters below 40 years of age.

Abstract Structure and Format

• No references, tables, images or graphs to be included in the abstract.
• Submitted work must not be previously published or awarded elsewhere.
• Use clear scientific title, relevant category, and appropriate keywords.

How to Submit

• Submit only through the official APPINTCON abstract submission portal.
• Email submissions are not accepted.
• Keep your login credentials active to track status after submission.
